Borealis Hotel Group (BHG) is proud to announce the opening on 4th July 2023 of the newly built Aparthotel Adagio Original Antwerp City Center.
Owned by BHG and managed by leading third party management company, Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, the aparthotel is situated in the heart of Antwerp’s city centre on the Plantin en Moretuslei 101, named after the famous Plantin-Moretus publishing house. The history of printing finds its origins here and guests can learn more by visiting the nearby Plantin-Moretus Museum. Now, Aparthotel Adagio Original Antwerp City Center will write a new story in this vibrant and historical location.
The iconic central station is within walking distance, whilst the city park and Antwerp Zoo are only ten minutes’ walk away, along with many shops, bars and restaurants.
The eight-storey property houses studio apartments, suitable for both short and long stays, and each with a kitchen. Guests also have access to a communal bar area, a fitness room, a library and a laundry room.
Karim Nassar, hotel manager at the Aparthotel Adagio Original Antwerp City Center, said: “It’s great that we are officially opening our doors, and ready to welcome our first guests.
“The aparthotel concept provides visitors with full flexibility, combining the perks of a hotel experience with the freedom of a self-catering stay, and, in such a popular destination, right in the centre of Antwerp, we’re sure our guests are going to love their stay.”
Bart van de Kamp, Founder and CEO of Borealis Hotel Group, said: “It’s great to be announcing the opening of our 27th hotel, following the recent openings of Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport, the Motto by Hilton Hotel in Rotterdam, and the ibis Styles in Copenhagen.
